We adore every cosplayer who comes through — two small house rules first, then we're best friends.
- 1 We don't accept orders from accounts with empty profiles, no activity, or accounts that have never interacted with us before.
- 2 Customers under 15 must provide a guardian's ID card or a guardian's contact phone number.
ID verification, gently explained
Every renter sends a photo of their Thai National ID. Your card stays private and is only used to confirm the rental.
- 1 Take a clear, unblurred photo of your Thai National ID.
- 2 You may cover the barcode strip on the side if you prefer.
- 3 Caption the photo with: "For renting costumes with Saisia only."
Costume & wig care
Every piece is hand-prepared. Please treat each costume like it's your own ♡
- 1 Each costume is for one person only. Please don't film yourself wearing it for content.
- 2 Rentals are 18+ in all cases. Violations result in a fine.
- 3 Do not attach safety pins to the costume — except for costumes that already come with pins attached.
- 4 After use, if anything is stained, torn, or missing, message us before shipping it back.
- 5 If the costume gets damp from sweat, air it out in the sun first. Never send a wet costume back.
- 6 If mold or stains appear on the costume, a fair fine will be charged.
- 7 Wigs: light spray only. No cutting, trimming, or restyling.
- 8 If the wig is damaged, loses shape, has gaps, or tangles — you'll be charged for a full restyle plus time. A per-strand detangling fee applies if we can't fix it ourselves.
- 9 Before packing, hook the clasp through the fabric hole and re-pin everything just as it was when you received it.
✨ Tip: photograph or film the wig before repacking. If shipping deforms it, we'll know how to put it right.
Receiving the box
A few habits that protect both you and us — and make the whole process smoother.
- 1 Record a short video while opening the package, and another while repacking it for return.
- 2 Film the items and all freebies in the box. If anything is damaged or missing, the video is your proof — it also lets you claim with the shipping company.
- 3 Before we ship to you, we re-set the wig and arrange the costume once more, then send you photos in chat for you to verify.
💰 Deposit = half the rental price, per item.
- 4 Once a rental is confirmed, no refunds will be issued — it blocks other customers' bookings. You may transfer the rental to a friend or reschedule to an available date.
📦 Return box
- 5 If the original box is crushed or unusable, replace it with a box of the same size or larger.
- 6 Never use a damaged box — if items are harmed because of it, the customer is responsible.
- 7 Unsure if a box is still usable? Send us a photo first and we'll tell you.
🐚 Lost spiral-shell ornaments or zipper bags will be charged at their original purchase price.
Rental period & return shipping
Clear dates, clear shipping methods, no surprises.
- 1 Rental period is 3 days, counted from the first agreed delivery date.

Example: agreed date = the 21st → you may use the costume until the 23rd → it must be returned no later than the 23rd.
- 2 If you receive the package early, the rental still starts from the agreed date.
- 3 Return only via EMS or Flash. In-person or store drop-off is strictly not allowed.
- 4 If a different method is unavoidable, message us first — returning via any other method without prior notice is a 200 THB fine, no exceptions.
- 5 If items arrive back damaged, the customer is responsible for repair costs.
